JavaScript is broken in IE11

      The first thing to notice is that clicking any of the menus in the top navbar doesn't open any submenus in IE11. There's a syntax error in the JS console, so I'd guess most or all JavaScript on the site is broken in this browser, though I haven't tested other pages extensively.
