Make ISWC and ISRC search in otherlookups consistent

The ISRC search on http://localhost:5000/otherlookup goes to the ISRC page for the entered code. The same for ISWC goes to a list of works, despite ISWCs working (by now) exactly the same way as ISRCs. We should probably just change it to go to the ISWC page.
