Edit #76959448 only added a medium title but the edit looks like the tracklist was empty before and all recordings were associated to the medium by this edit. The same issue also affects the display of edits which remove medium titles (i.e. Edit #76956706) and likely also those which edit medium titles.

The problem is related to the edit data of recent medium edits as older edits like edit #74721558 are not affected by this.
