CollectionType/SeriesType admin page shows entity_type rather than type of allowed entities

      The intention of having an entity_type column on the SeriesType admin page was clearly to see what entity a series of that type can contain, not to repeat that every series type has entity type series_type - but that's all it currently does.

      The same bug seems to happen for CollectionType.
