Similar to MBS-9048, URL shorteners that got added before we started blocking their shortener domain can still exist on entities, and when trying to edit the entity, the shortener error will not allow submitting any other changes unless the shortener is dealt with. That's not really fair to the editor, who had nothing to do with that link being there.

This might apply to more checks, if so we should also change those. (edit: it applied to blocked MusicBrainz links, blocked AMP links, links considered malware risks, and invalid URLs too)
