Entering a tag from the Add Cover Art page disables tagging and cover art submission

      Steps: load some cover art for submission, but don't enter yet,
      instead fill in some (folksonomy)tag in the sidebar and click "tag".
      Observe: both the cover-art submission and the tag button to enter more folksonomy-tags are each greyed out
