Add option to sort edits by edit note date

      With the forthcoming feature to search edit note content (MBS-8371) and hopefully the possibility to search for edits with notes by non-owner (MBS-9851) following suit it makes sense to sort edits based on edit note timestamps (possibly the latest note).

      Rationale: Sometimes new notes are added to rather old edits. but the current sort options only accommodate for creation and closing time.
