Point home page 'data' link to 'MB Database'

      At some point prior to converting the home page to react the 'data' link was changed to point to https://musicbrainz.org/doc/MusicBrainz_Documentation instead of the  original value of https://musicbrainz.org/doc/MusicBrainz_Database.
