In order to make MB more multilingual friendly, I think we should be able to write disambiguations and annotations in multiple languages like we can with aliases. The current solution would be to put all of them in the same box, but this could build up into some extremely bloated walls of text.
We could set a default language for our profiles so that we do not need to manually set a language for writing these and so we could automatically see these in our preferred language if possible, but an option could be available next to the box for disambiguations/annotations that lets the user set the language they are writing in (so one release could have the disambiguation "bonus tracks" and "ボーナストラック" visible to different people depending on if they prefer English or Japanese).
