Accept and cleanup https "permalinks" for DNB

      Hi,

      ATM https link aren't allowed for DNB, for example adding "https://d-nb.info/gnd/121191699" come with this warning "This URL is not allowed for the selected link type, or is incorrectly formatted".

      These seem to be at least the default format for these links on Wikidata, so we will get a fair amount of them and should support them (by cleaning them up to the http permalink).
