As mentioned by bitmap on the PR for MBS-11451, these indices are redundant with the primary key indices for the rating_raw tables, so they can be dropped. (PostgreSQL automatically creates a unique index for primary keys, and the primary key here already has the entity{{}} as the left-most column.)
