It has confused me for quite a while why so many editors, especially beginners have their only language set as "basic". I suspect because that's the default if you don't select anything.

Also, it seems those selecting languages that are not grouped under "frequently used" and combine it with English end up picking "English, Middle (1100-1500)".
Seen this among Indian editors extremely often.
