Our relationship editor date ranges automatically set ended and disable the checkbox when an end date is entered (as a visual effect, mostly, to let the users know that this will set "Ended" too). On removing the end date, "ended" remains set, but enabled. We should do the same on DateRangeFieldset (currently used for alias forms).
