Don't show area icon if there's already a flag icon

      https://beta.musicbrainz.org/area/0a65a727-7465-4e6c-8b15-ed4d09e021ee has "part of Czech Republic", which has both the area icon and the Czech Republic flag. Having both seems over the top, we should probably only display the flag if there is one.
