When editing release labels not only are the changed fields shown but also all other, except barcode, from the release event section:

Because the medium edits are inserted later the medium format will show the current value which can be confusing.

It probably makes most sense to change it so "edit release label" edits display the same amount of data as "add release label" and "remove release label"
