Link to Discourse profile from MB profile

      As part of the attempt to link everything more together, it would be good to link to Discourse from MB account/user profile pages.

      I think u/by-external/{external_id}.json or /u/by-external/{provider}/{external_id}.json should do the job for checking whether they exist in Discourse, but maybe other options would be better.
