When I am in a work and I'm using the "add relationship" search to add recordings, it is impossible to tell what recordings of the same name I have already added, particularly when the search order shuffles on each retry.

It should not let me select, and ideally should grey out, entities which wont appear/wont do anything/are already in the work recordings list.

This may apply to other results relating to different searches/pages but this work > recording one is my major bugbear.
