Seeded relationships are currently processed on the client after the page loads. So, if you seed a relationship with a target MBID like https://musicbrainz.org/artist/create?rels.0.type=fd3927ba-fd51-4fa9-bcc2-e83637896fe8&rels.0.target=89ad4ac3-39f7-470e-963a-56509c546377 then we first have to fetch each target MBID asynchronously before we can display those relationships. It'd be more seamless to just process the seed parameters on the server where we can load all the target entities beforehand.
