Don't activate cover art gallery dialog for removed images

      On edits with removed cover art the thumbnail is still displayed but the full image obviously no longer loads -> spinning wheel

      Since in edit listings all images are bundled into one gallery removed images should be skipped there too.

      An alternative would be trying to "repair" the links. See MBS-12028
