        [MBS-12058] Antillean Creole

Guadeloupean Creole French is available, and https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cr%C3%A9ole_martiniquais suggests it's indeed the closest thing with an ISO code and they're mostly mutually intelligible. If the Martinique creole gets separated more officially later we can revisit.

I am uncertain since this is the Martinique creole and it lacks a proper code. gcf is the closest according to French Wikipedia.

This can't be added at the time, because it's not a language but a language family. Do you know which of these you need?

acf – Saint Lucian / Dominican Creole
