"Edit relationship type" edit doesn't show addition of parent_id

      https://musicbrainz.org/edit/84198874 added a "work cataloguing" grouping relationship type.

      On subsequent edits 84198876 and 84198875 it can't be seen that affected relationship types were grouped.
