Steps to reproduce:
Add a new release to an artist
In the tracklist editor, add a track with a name containing unicode characters, e.g. パノラマ藍色写真
Click next, to go to the recording lookup page.
The unicode characters will now have disappeared, replaced with junk, e.g. ãƒ'ノラマè—�色写真
This occurs using both the basic and advanced tracklist editors.
