When trying to load a blank text annotation revision (e.g. The Brandenburg Concertos, Nos. 4, 5 & 6’s annotation), the page just contains nothing (the Annotation component returns null). This is desirable for entity pages, but not for the specific /annotation page, where we'd still expect to see the specific info that the annotation is blank, and the changelog.
