When duplicate releases are merged, editors should pick the MB Release with the best titles/etc.  Such an MB Release may not use the MB Recordings with the oldest MBIDs.  There should be an option, or an automatic/mandatory system, where recordings that are merged between 2 releases merge into the oldest Recording MBID rather than into the Recording MBID used by the target Release.
