Once upon a time, there was a third-party userscript, which would allow you to paste a date into a text field, and it would parse it (if possible), and put the year, moth, and day in the correct places...

That script doesn't seem to work anymore... but... MusicBrainz can just put a date parsing field on any data entry form's UI... so the user can just paste dates... because currently, if you're, say, adding recording dates to all the works linked to recordings on a live album. You'll need to manually type the year, hit tab, type the month, hit tab, type the day, etc. for every single recording. Just being able to paste the date would save so many keystrokes.

Typing out the same date, over and over and over again... for every relationship type, for every track... on this two disc album... so unnecessarily tedious.
