(Recently?) Brahms/IRCAM links changed they now include the language FR or EN

It used to be https://brahms.ircam.fr/name-of-the-artist and it is now https://brahms.ircam.fr/fr/name-of-the-artist or https://brahms.ircam.fr/en/name-of-the-artist

So the auto cleanup now shorten links to http://brahms.ircam.fr/fr or http://brahms.ircam.fr/en

Old links are still valid, so only the auto cleanup mechanism needs to be updated
