CatQuest added a new instrument from beta, but it was not made available to select as a "performed instrument" attribute until I deleted the js_link_attribute_type_info cache. Seems there's something broken with the invalidation of the newly added caches for Autocomplete2, since  I've had similar issues with added relationship types not showing for relationship addition.
