Beta: Adding a rel from an "add new entity" popup shows the entity as [removed]

See attached image - I had added a name to the artist I was adding before opening this dialog, so it should be able to use it here instead of [removed] - and in any case, if nothing is there yet then it should use [unknown] rather than [removed]. That second issue also happens in the normal (not pop up) adding pages.
