When I open a new relationship popover by clicking "Add new work" or whatever, the field the focus is on is the entity selector. This makes sense when I click on "Add new relationship", but given I'm already picking an entity type by clicking the link for that type, I'd expect the focus to move to the next step (picking the entity) in this case.
