When adding a Spotify external link to a release on the Add Release page, the second line is hard to understand due to spacing and phrasing. The HTML class for this element is relationship-name.

      • It's unclear what the checkbox indicates. Is it for "stream {video} for free}, "is free", or "video"? Visually, it's slightly closer to the preceding text. Maybe the question mark button is for gives me information about video? Etc.
      • The checkbox's vertical alignment is inconsistent with the rest of the text
      • Even if the spacing was addressed, simply the word "video" does not express what this box is for.
      • The phrase "stream {video} for free" is confusing when the link does not have video.

This design is present on Firefox 105.0.1 and Microsoft Edge 106.0.1370.42 on Windows 10.

I've not fully explored the site, but I imagine this HTML is present on other "Add <thing>" pages as well.

I think these issues could be addressed with a reordering of the text and proper spacing, such as the following:

      • Space out the elements so that it is clear what the sections are: stream for free, has video checkbox, informational button
      • Remove the parenthetical {video}{} because it has nothing to do with most links (video on Spotify is a new and rare occurrence)
      • Rephrase the checkbox as a question
      • Fix checkbox vertical alignment.
