Initially reported via IRC channel #metabrainz by soundandvision [me] at 15:08:11.

CatQuest then attempted to reproduce the events (below) and returned the same result at 16:13:28.

CatQuest then managed to successfully make the edit in prod at 16:15:14 producing edit number 94171158

Explanation of Events:

• Video Recording entity 69436b2b-70c9-45b5-9c9e-cf4873b78be1 is loaded into web browser
• Edit begins
• Add relationship button clicked
• New React based relationship editor opens
• Entity type changed to artist
• Enter target as Kylie Minogue (2fddb92d-24b2-46a5-bf28-3aed46f4684c)
• Relationship Type set to video apperance
• No begin/end date set
• Relationship has not ended
• Provide an edit note linking to the music video entry on Wikipedia
• Click Enter Edit button
• Page loads back to original entity, but no confirmation of the edit being made
• Opening the Editing history shows that the edit was not accounted for

If other edits are also made at the same time, they are also lost (but would normally succeed if entered individually or without the bugged relationship).
