Exclude cancelled releases when calculating first recording / release group dates

      There is disagreement/debate over several of the other release statuses in MBS-6559/MBS-12320, but if a release is marked as "Cancelled", then the recordings shouldn't have been released on that associated release date, so excluding the "Cancelled" status from the calculation of _recording_firstreleasedate shouldn't be controversial.
