For some reason, while the relationship type search dropdown now shows link phrases to make it easier to select the right thing, the relationship name is still shown when you actually pick one. It seems confusing that what is shown on click is different than the name(s) you clicked on, to me (see attached).

I'd either use the same link phrase combo, or use the appropriate link phrase to the currently selected relationship direction, and switch it if the editor clicks on Change direction.
