Beta: "Change credits for other relationships" skips medium not loaded yet

      Originally noticed by UltimateRiff in a community post, the button "Change credits for other relationships on the page" does not apply to medium which are not loaded yet.

      The button existed before and was working fine.

      The regression comes from the lazy loading of mediums for big releases; See MBS-7919. Not all medium are necessary loaded at the beginning with the new relationship editor. One would assume that it applies even to not loaded medium.
