Beta: Collapsed medium checkboxes seem pointless

      Checkboxes for unloaded mediums are present, but do nothing, which is kind of confusing. There's two seemingly good options here: either disable the checkboxes until the mediums are loaded (probably easier) or load and select the medium when the checkbox is clicked (in which case we probably should disable batch-editing until the loading is done to avoid someone batch-editing before the tracks have loaded).
