STYLE-801 added Apple Music relationship types for artists and labels. The autoselect/restrict code now needs to be changed to select those, rather than allowing choosing between streaming and downloading.

Rationale is the same as with Bandcamp - a page can be for one, the other or both, and have changed without the user knowing in the meantime: it's a lot saner for it to just have its own type and not make claims that might not be true.
