Reporting possible duplicate release groups is too slow

      The report "Possible duplicate release groups" takes 10 to 50 more time to complete than most other reports. Two questions arose from that observation. Is it just an improper implementation (which is quite old)? Are the results really relevant for deduplication (as there seems to be many false positive) anyway?
