Adding and then removing a work relationship returns a key error/duplication

      Very quick run down of how to re-create:

      1. Open relationship editor
      2. Link say 2x works
      3. Then change one of those works from the LEFT side of the relationship manager to something completely different
      4. You will see that you now have three works to be linked on the RIGHT side of the relationship manager - you cannot delete them
      5. this will return an error when trying to submit, only way to clear is refresh
