Steps to reproduce:

1. Open e.g. https://musicbrainz.org/edit/subscribed or https://musicbrainz.org/edit/subscribed_editors
2. Apply the "Open edits" filter from the Quick links bar
3. (Notice that the page now has an implicit "Voter is me and voted 'No vote'" filter applied)
4. Click on "Refine this search"
5. The resulting edit search does not have the filter mentioned in (3) applied by default - the user will need to reapply this manually
