Randomly figured out how you probably trigger the old bug where an edit is created to change the recording title to a recording MBID url.

Quick how to:
1. Add a new release, 1 track with length.
2. Go to the recordings tab -> click "edit" -> select recording #1 on the list.
3. While the field is green remove all text in the green field (or paste url in step 4 twice). Warning message not triggered.
4. Copy/paste url to recording #2 on the list into the green field -> recording name bugs out on the left side + in the dropdown list on the right side (title of 1st recording disappears + 2nd recording changes to the url). Typing random text into the green field also works the same way.
5. Close window, the "Update the recording title to match the track title." checkbox appears. Step 6 will not be displayed if this is selected.
6. Go to "edit note" -> displays a preview where the recording title is being changed to the url???
