https://musicbrainz.org/doc/MusicBrainz_Database/Download and https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Development/JSON_Data_Dumps should be updated to point to https://metabrainz.org/datasets (which will now be updated and be effectively a soft-lock so that people sign up and give us some info before they download our datasets). We should not link directly to the FTP and whatnot from the docs, since we want people to actually give us some contact info if possible (obviously they can still share the FTP link directly, but we would want to guide as many as possible via the new soft-lock).
