Add Uta-Net composer & lyricist links to artist

      Support for Uta-Net composer and lyricist pages should be added, as they appear to treat them as separate entities from artists.

      Examples:
      100+ has lyrics page at https://www.uta-net.com/lyricist/21/
      100+ has an other database entry at https://www.uta-net.com/composer/30/
