      Spotify seems to have changed its URL pattern. If the UI language is set to something other than English the language becomes part of the path. Example when language is German:
      https://open.spotify.com/intl-de/artist/1cfvECgeNkitPfAecXtcVX

      If language is set to English it will redirect to https://open.spotify.com/artist/1cfvECgeNkitPfAecXtcVX
