Edit annotation page ends with two action buttons: [Enter edit] [Preview]. I would recommend to render buttons in opposite order: [Preview] [Enter edit]. In such case user will be gently and unobtrusive encouraged to use preview before submitting the changes, since people reads from left to right (on the currently available site languages: English, German, French, Italian, Dutch).
