I feel like a good thing to know is if an edit is mentioned on the forums. this could both apply for hyperlinks and the text "edit #xxxxxxxxx", similar to how it's handled in edit notes.

we'd probably want to have a time component so the original editor doesn't get spammed with notifications from ModBot or whatever every few hours if people are talking a lot about their edit by name in one forum thread. maybe 3-7 days?
