I noticed that if a MB entity is part of (public) user collection, the link to that collection is only displayed for logged-in & registered users.

I was wondering if this is an intentional choice or not?

Since public collections are visible to unregistered site users (via user profile pages or direct url) it would make sense to me to also display the reverse links to collections on artist/label/... etc pages for everyone to see.
