If you try to add the same release label / catno twice in a release, you get an error "This label/catalog number pair already exists."

At least one user (and I'm sure more than one) understood this as "we already have another release in the DB with this label and catalog number", which is actually a very reasonable way of reading it. We should improve the wording.
