Per STYLE-2352 LibriVox links should be good to use as "download for free" links.

LibriVox likes to add a bunch of URL GET parameters, e.g.,
https://librivox.org/author/3133?primary_key=3133&search_category=author&search_page=1&search_form=get_results should return https://librivox.org/author/3133 and https://librivox.org/reader/8713?primary_key=8713&search_category=reader&search_page=1&search_form=get_results should return https://librivox.org/reader/8713 – every case I’ve encountered query parameters it seems like they have been fine to just strip from the URL for linking purposes.
