Autoselect the art gallery relationship for pixiv + add to sidebar

      It seems by now pixiv has a much more sensible URL format: https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/IDNUMBER - /en can be dropped so we probably should just do https://www.pixiv.net/users/IDNUMBER.

      pixiv URLs just use a numeric ID for each user.

      https://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?id=IDNUMBER

      There should be no other arguments or fragments.

      There is also an associated URL shortener. https://pixiv.me/USERNAME, but this redirects to https://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?id=IDNUMBER.
