Artist editor area ID seeding displays empty text field

      Probably related to https://tickets.metabrainz.org/browse/MBS-11960. When seeding edit-artist.area_id to the artist editor, the area input element turns green as if indicating an area has been selected, but no text appears in the field. Example URL below.
